Delete Old Spooled Files. Based on a specified date, it deletes old spooled
files from an output queue or all output queues. An option exists to move the
spooled files that are older than the specified date to a common queue so they
may be reviewed and then manually deleted. The Operational Assistant will only
delete certain system spooled files. DLTOLDSPLF will delete any spooled files.
