The User Groups tool allows you to define a list of users belonging to a group.
The support has no connection with the system Group Profile support. Several
commands are supported such as Edit, Print, Add, Remove, or Retrieve for User
Groups. User Groups may be used for your own application need or by tools such
as SNDUSGMSG or GRTUSGAUT.
