Swap Library List Entry. Provides a reasonable solution when you want to add a
library to the library list and the user may be at the maximum of 25 libraries.
The command allows you to swap your library for the last library on the library
list. A return variable is provided for the removed library. When your function
is complete, you can swap back the removed library.
