The Security Log tool is designed to assist in auditing *ALLOBJ users. The
SNDSECLOG command is intended to be used as the first command of an initial
program for such a user. The command displays a screen and requires the user to
enter a 'purpose' of why he is signing on. The command then sends a journal
entry to the QAUDJRN journal with the 'purpose'. Other SECLOG commands are used
to convert and display the information.
