The Retrieve Virtual Tape Resources command retrieves the list of virtual tape
resources, the status of each, and a count of how many exist. The names and
status of each of the resources are passed back in a 1000 byte and 1200 byte
variables where each resource name is 10 bytes and each status is 12 bytes.
