The Retrieve Job API tool is a program that adopts the QSECOFR profile to allow
retrieval from the QUSRJOBI API formats without having *JOBCTL special
authority. The program is used by several tools that allow a user to display
jobs that are not his own (the user cannot work with the jobs).
