The Retrieve CLP Call command retrieves the attributes of parameters that are
passed from a CALL command within CL source. Two arrays are returned. The first
contains the variable names (or *CONSTANT) and the second contains a data
structure of the attributes. Useful for working with the definitions used in a
program.
