RPG code to Send a Message. The code uses the QMHSNDPM API. The sample code is
intended to be copied into an RPG program. It contains a standard subroutine
for sending messages. The message text is placed in an RPG array. The sample
makes it easy to send a CPF9898 escape or status message. The sample source is
provided in the QATTINFO member (no other source exists). For simple solutions
