Print back to back. Provides a solution for printing a spooled file back to
back by allowing creating two spooled files for the odd and even numbered
pages. After printing the even numbered pages, the paper should be reloaded to
print the odd numbered pages. The command PRTBCKBCK prints a single spooled
file. PRTBCKBCK2 prints all spooled files in an output queue.
