The Print All Job Queues command prints one line per job queue for one or many
job queues. Each line has the total number of jobs by RLS, HLD, and SCD
categories and the subsystem the job queue is attached to (if any). Options
exist to bypass job queues that do not have any jobs and select those which
have jobs that match a status such as HLD.
