The Prompt Command command is intended for situations where a command is
entered into a field that will be checked by QCMDCHK. If the command to be
entered should be prompted, QCMDCHK ensures that all required parameters are
entered. PMTCMD allows you to enter just the command name. You may optionally
enter some keywords and values and determine if a keyword value should be
protected.
