The Outfile Fields tool is a series of commands that allow you to display a
field name that exists in either a system and/or TAA model file. This can
assist in understanding the attributes of the field and the command which
outputs the file. After the required files are created and the field
information is converted, the DSPOUTFFLD command can be used.
