The Initialize Password tool is designed for Assistant Security Officers to be
able to reset a users password. The typical case for this would be where the
user has forgotten his password. The INZPWD command allows the new password to
be either the user profile name or a random value. The INZPWD2 and INZPWD3
commands force a random value. Either command forces the user to change the
password at signon.
