The Format Options tool provides an assist when several lines are required to
describe options or command keys in a typical subfile application. For example,
on the WRKMBRPDM display there are two lines for option descriptions and two
lines for command key descriptions. However, there are more options and command
keys than fit in two lines. Generating the proper display lines is simplified
by the use of FMTOPT.
