The Fix Minimum Release command finds objects that were created with a target
release earlier than the one specified on the command and replaces the object
for most cases. *PGM, *MODULE, and *SRVPGM objects are checked. *MODULE and
single module *PGM objects are replaced. Objects with creation data may be
bypassed. All *SQLPKG objects are flagged. The tool is designed to assist in
conversion to V6R1M0.
