Execute Command Check. Provides a method of allowing a command to be entered by
a user (with optional prompting) and returns the string to be executed with
keywords included. Like QCMDCHK except that keywords are added to the string.
Intended for use in an application where the command will be stored in a data
base and executed at a later time.
