The End Interactive Jobs command ends all interactive jobs except the current
job and those found on omit lists of devices and users (see the Omit list
discussion). Selection by subsystem and generic user can be made. The command
may be used in conjunction with the SNDINTMSG command which can inform users a
few minutes before ending their jobs.
