Display Job Start Attributes. Displays the job start attributes about any job
on the system such as the job queue that was used, the subsystem, the time the
job was started, the user who submitted the job, etc. Depending on the status
of the job (on the job queue, active, etc.), some of the information is not
provided by the system to allow it to be displayed.
