The Display Empty Members command displays or prints the empty members for one,
generic, or all files in one or more libraries. Size information is also
supplied to point out space savings that can be achieved for members that are
no longer needed. The size information includes the data and access path size,
but not the member description object which can be up to 20K bytes.
