The Display Empty Data Queue command displays one or more data queues that have
no entries. A flag may be set if the data queue has not been changed (such as
not having received an entry) in the last n days. An option exists to list all
data queues. DSPEMTDTAQ can be helpful in cleaning up unused data queues.
