The Display Command Source command displays or lists the command source for a
command. If the source does not exist for a non-TAA command, a prompt occurs
asking if RTVCMDSRC should be used and a display occurs after retrieval. If a
TAA command is specified and the user is authorized to the TAASRCACC
Authorization List, the source in the TAA Archive is displayed.
