The Display File CCSIDs command displays either a total of the CCSIDs that
exist in a data base file or the CCSIDs for the individual fields. If different
CCSIDs are used within the file, different processing may be required. DSPCCSID
allows you to determine if a file uses a standard CCSID for all character
fields and what the value is.
