The Display All Spooled files command provides a subfile of selected spooled
files in a 'display only' function. Any user may use the command to display his
own spooled files. To display spooled files owned by other users, the current
user must be authorized to the TAAALLSPLF authorization list. Standard options
exist to display data or attributes plus parameter controlled options.
