Delete Old QRPLOBJ Objects. Allows the clearing of the QRPLOBJ library based on
a number of hours that the object has existed in QRPLOBJ. This allows a safer
method of clearing QRPLOBJ for those users that do not frequently IPL. The use
of CLRLIB on QRPLOBJ can cause problems if a user is still using one of the
replaced objects.
