The Convert Member List command converts a list of members to an outfile using
an API to access the members. The outfile format is the same as DSPFD *MBRLIST
(QAFDMBRL with a format of QWHFDML), but the CVTMBRLST command allows a member
name parameter and a source type parameter. Generic member names may be
specified. This allows for faster creation of member lists.
