Convert Journal Attributes. Converts the journal environment (i.e. what files
and access paths are being journaled), for a named journal to data base files
(separate files for physicals being journaled, access path journaling and the
receivers). Allows the current journal environment to be saved with the files
that are being journaled. The companion command, RSMJRN restarts the journal
environment.
