Copy Changed Members. Copies changed members based on a specified date/time.
Allows copies of source to occur for backup purposes even though the file is
open for update. Also useful for copying changed members for distribution. For
example, if you distribute changes periodically, CPYCHGMBR provides a simple
method of copying all of the members that have changed after a specified
date/time.
