The Confirm Delete Record command allows deleting a record by entering a
relative record number of a record in a file. A prompt appears with the data
from the file (characters below X'40 appear as blanks). You must confirm the
deletion by pressing F6. CNFDLTRCD may only be used in an interactive
environment.
