Compare Source 3. This is the old version of the command. Compares two source
file members and prints a listing of all of the differences. Added or deleted
statements are noted as well as identifying the specific changes in some cases.
Useful for determining what change were actually made and also for a security
audit to ensure that valid changes are being made to critical programs (e.g.
Payroll).
