The Check TAA Create System command provides a check of all objects in TAATOOL
to determine if they have been created on a TAASYSnn system. A listing is
produced of any exceptions. It is not an error to create your own version of
some TAA function, but CHKTAACRT provides an auditor with a tool to review if
changes from the shipped version have occurred.
