Check i5/OS Commands. Checks CL source for commands which are not part of the
current i5/OS release. Commands can be added or subtracted to the checked list.
Useful for situations where source must be shipped to another system and you
want to determine if any user commands exist or for enforcing standards
regarding what commands can appear in a CL program.
