The Change Source File Length command converts one, generic, or all source
files in a library to a source file length that is larger than the current
length. The typical conversion is 92 to 112. The same text, owner, and
authorities are retained. All existing source members are copied. Conversion to
shorter lengths is valid if no data will be truncated.
