The Change DSPOBJD Outfile Dates command changes all date formats in the
outfile created by DSPOBJD that are in an MMDDYY format to either DDMMYY or
YYMMDD. The DSPOBJD outfile has several date fields that use the MMDDYY format
regardless of the job date format. CHGDSPOBJO makes it easier to work with the
dates if you want a format other than MMDDYY.
