The Apply Remote Journal tool provides 'real time' data replication to a remote
system using the system remote journaling support. Only data from data base
members, data areas, and data queues are supported. The function may be used
for a variety of application needs. If used for high availability, you have the
responsibility of keeping the environment in synch (such as changes to
programs, object attributes, etc).
