The Display  Wind Chill  command displays  a table of  'Wind speed  per
hour' and  'Fahrenheit temperature' (or  Celsius) to describe  the wind
chill effect.

The command has no parameters and would be entered as:

        DSPWNDCHL

F11 may be used to display in Celsius.

DSPWNDCHL escape messages you can monitor for
