DSPJOBSCDR DISPLAY JOB SCHEDULE RESULTS TAAJBSI |
The Display Job Schedule Result command displays the results of Job
Scheduled jobs (how they completed) for the last submission. The
JOBACG tool must be in use and the job accounting entries must be
current for the completed Job Scheduled jobs to obtain meaningful
results. Jobs submitted from the WRKJOBSCDE 'Submit Immediately'
function or the SBMJOBSCDE TAA command are not considered.
DSPJOBSCDR assists in understanding what is happening to Job
Scheduled jobs.
The user of the command must be authorized to the TAAJOBSCDE
authorization list and have *JOBCTL special authority.
Two important considerations exist:
** The JOBACG must be in use and the entries must be up to date
as converted by the CVTJOBACG command. If you are not using
job accounting, see the JOBACG tool for how to set up job
accounting, the JOBACG files, and how to convert entries from
the QACGJRN journal.
** Any job schedule jobs run by the 'Submit Immediately' option
from WRKJOBSCDE or the SBMJOBSCDE TAA command are not
considered.
A typical command would be:
DSPJOBSCDR
A listing would be displayed with one line for each Job Scheduled job
and its completion code.
If the job accounting entries do not exist for the last submit of a
Job Schedule job, the job is flagged and the completion code cannot
be determined.
