The Change Library List  from Job Description command changes  the user
portion of  the library list to  the value in a  named Job Description.
A  value of  *SYSVAL is  supported in the  JOBD and  causes the library
list  to  be changed  to  the  value  of  the  QUSRLIBL  system  value.
CHGLBLJOBD can  be used to simplify  changing the library  list in some
environments.

A typical command would be:

             CHGLBLJOBD    JOBD(xxx)

The  library list  from the  named Job  Description would  be extracted
and used to change the user portion of the library list.

The value  in the JOBD  can be  a specific  list or  the special  value
*SYSVAL in which  case the QUSRLIBL system value is  retrieved and used
to change the list.

A  Job Description  library list with  a value  of *NONE will  cause an
escape message.

CHGLBLJOBD escape messages you can monitor for

      TAA9895    *NONE is used for the JOBD library list.

Escape messages from based on functions will be re-sent.

Command parameters                                    *CMD
------------------

   JOBD          The  qualified  name   of  the   Job  Description   to
                 retrieve the  library list  from.   The library  value
                 defaults to *LIBL.  *CURLIB may also be used.

   SETASPGRP     The  name of the  ASP group to  be used.   The default
                 is *NONE.

                 *JOBD   may  be   specified  to  use   the  ASP  group
                 specified  in  the named  job  description.    If  the
                 *JOBD specifies  *NONE, no ASP group is  assigned.  If
                 the  value in  the JOBD  names an  ASP group,  the ASP
                 group must be varied on.

                 A specific  ASP  group  may  be named  which  must  be
                 varied on.
