Check Library list. Provides a method of determining if a library is anywhere
on the current jobs library list. An escape message is sent if it is not.
Optional return variables exist to assist in determining where the library is
on the library list. This includes the system portion, the product portion, the
current library, and the user portion. The system allows certain combinations.
