The Retrieve Journal Receivers command returns a list of the journal receivers
for a specific journal. This is known as the 'receiver chain'. Each element in
the list contains the receiver name and the library name. Other tools such as
RTVJRNRCVA may be used to retrieve the attributes of an individual receiver.
The QDBRTVFD API is used internally.
