The Display Time Adjustment command displays the information regarding a time
adjustment. See the TAA command ADJTIM for a method of changing the time of day
clock forward or backward n seconds. DSPTIMADJ displays the information of
whether an adjustment is being made and if so how much time is needed to
complete the adjustment. The RTVTIMADJ command is also included which uses the
QWCRTVTM API.
