The Display Submitted Jobs command provides a display that is similar to that
provided by the system WRKSBMJOB command except that the user cannot perform
actions against the jobs. An outfile is optional. An option exists to allow a
display of any spooled files associated with the job. DSPSBMJOB may be helpful
if you have a menu oriented system and want to prevent users from changing,
holding, or ending batch jobs.
