Demonstrate Sub File. This is a demonstration and sample code for how to code a
work subfile that makes changes to data base records. The work subfile includes
typical options for display, change, copy, rename, delete (with confirmation
display), and add of new data base records. A separate function is DMOSUBF2
which performs the same function for a 'Display only' subfile application (no
changes). For a simpler solution, see CRTSFLPGM.
