Change Owned Objects. This command transfers the ownership of objects from one
user to another. No QDOC documents are transferred. There is system support on
the DLTUSRPRF command to perform this, but it deletes the named profile.
CHGOWNOBJ offers a subset function. A spooled file lists all of the changes.
