DSPSELOMT DISPLAY SELECT OMIT TAADBLO
The Display Select Omit command displays or prints the select/omit criteria of a logical file. A better display exists than that used by DSPFD TYPE(*SELECT) which makes it more obvious what the relationships are. Only single format logical files are supported. A typical command would be: DSPSELOMT FILE(xxx) The select/omit criteria would be displayed. DSPSELOMT escape messages you can monitor for ---------------------------------------------- TAA9891 A logical file must be specified. TAA9892 No select/omit criteria exist. Escape messages from based on functions will be re-sent. DSPSELOMT Command parameters *CMD ---------------------------- FILE The qualified name of the logical file to be displayed. *LIBL is the default for the qualified library. A specific library or *CURLIB may also be used. OUTPUT How to output the results. * is the default to display the data interactively if command is entered interactively. If the command is entered in batch or *PRINT is specified, a spooled file is output. Restrictions ------------ None.
