The Create  Grace  Key command  is designed  for  situations where  the
user  is not  able to  immediately contact  the TAA  Productivity Tools
owner  for a  valid key, but  still needs to  be operational  for a few
days.

You should  not attempt to  use CRTGRCKEY  if you can  contact the  TAA
Productivity Tools owner and receive a more permanent key.

You cannot use CRTGRCKEY if you have a valid license.

The typical situations where CRTGRCKEY makes sense to use are:

  **   A Disaster  Recovery situation where  the user is  recovering on
       a  system which does not have  a TAA Productivity Tools license.
       Assume the disaster  occurs after hours or  on the weekend  when
       the user cannot  contact the TAA Productivity Tools  owner for a
       more permanent key.

  **   The  current license  has  expired, but  the user  needs  to run
       until he can  get his  new key.   Assume  the expiration  occurs
       after hours or on  the weekend when the user  cannot contact the
       TAA Productivity Tools owner for a more permanent key.

To  use CRTGRCKEY  you must have  *ALLOBJ authority.   You  would enter
the command (there are no parameters):

             CRTGRCKEY

If  the request  is allowed,  a prompt will  appear that  allows you to
confirm the request.

If a  'grace period'  is  granted, the  period lasts  until the  system
date  changes  7  times.    On  the  seventh  change,  the  license  is
considered  invalid and  you  must contact  the TAA  Productivity Tools
owner for a valid key.

CRTGRCKEY may only  be used  once on a  system.  You  must receive  new
media  (a release  or update)  from  the TAA  Productivity Tools  owner
before you can re-use CRTGRCKEY.
